i found the picture only today! this was taken on 27th october'05 at 7 in the morning when chennai was flooded! yeah i woke up at 7 on the one day college went under water. ;) but yeah the water levels were rising like crazy.. and all my bro and me could think of was no college!

annanagar was half underwater that time.and our flats were in a low lying area.
but nothin couldnt stop us from wading/swimming/scuba diving through that water around 2 kms to our friends houses.have fotos and videos of us sittin on floatin cars and stuff!
but it was only then that i realised how bad it feels to be cut off from everything...being a flood victim (or close!).
well it wasnt too bad near my house but it was scary tht it wouldnt fucking stop raining!! and the drains would start to over flow after sometime! yuck...
but i was jumping over that tree tht fell to get to the end of the lane!! my mum almost had a cardiac arrest ;)
